For an order to be processed, the order form must be filled correctly and personal information given. Every order will be confirmed via e-mail.
Order processing time is 1-2 days from payment confirmation.
If ordered goods are incorrectly priced or oversold due to server or human error, the order will be cancelled and the customer informed.
Any products which are pre-ordered will be processed and sent out to customers 1-2 days after the estimated date of availability. If the items have been delayed for unexpected reasons the customer will be contacted directly with the updated date of availability and given the option to cancel the order if they do not wish to wait.
Customers are solely responsible to pay any customs charges/taxes their government may impose on international purchases.
The customer has the right to return the goods without giving any explanation within 15 days from receiving the order.
To return ordered goods the customer must contact MarkoMiles first (email@example.com) to inform us about your return of the order. Goods must be sent in their original state (not showing any signs of use) and in the original package, the customer must bear the cost of return. The product cannot be damaged in any way. Payment will be refunded within 15 days after the product has been received. Shipping fee will not be reimbursed.
Lay-buys will be shipped after full payment is received.
